Most patients visit once a week and commit to daily exercises for consistent progress. Depending on the severity of the condition, patients may attend 1-3 times a week, along with a personalized home exercise plan. Your physical therapist will work with your schedule to create a healing and independence-promoting plan.

At R&RPT, during the initial evaluation we assess your baseline function, define your current life situation and set goals upon completing therapy. Throughout your treatment, we monitor and evaluate your progress, providing regular feedback. At each session, we re-evaluate specific tests and discuss your improvements and their impact on daily function. Upon completing therapy, we reassess your function and ensure you’re confident in your abilities moving forward.
The ultimate goal of physical therapy is to enable you to independently engage in your daily activities, recreational pursuits, or sports. Our physical therapists design a tailored home exercise plan to help you maintain your progress safely and effectively. R&RPT does not directly accept insurance. However, you can utilize your out-of-network insurance benefits, health savings account (HSA), or flexible spending account (FSA). We provide an itemized superbill for submission to insurance, allowing you to potentially recover a portion of the upfront costs (typically 60-80%, depending on your out-of-network coverage).
