Words cannot begin to describe how unbelievably amazing and incredible BettyLou is. Not only is she a complete professional but she is extremely talented and knowledgeable in her field. My son has been going to her now for a few months now, and in this short time has seen such great improvement. I highly recommend Ms. BettyLou to anyone who needs any kind of physical therapy. From our first meeting BettyLou has been the epitome of optimism, professionalism, and compassionate care. Through her detailed guidance and unwavering support I have been able to minimize my chronic pain to a place where symptoms are managed, my recovery time from flare ups continues to lessen, and I’m finally living life again (socializing and working)!!

From her thoughtful programs to her table work,  She is providing a level of care that is impossible to find anywhere else. Seeing her is a safe and nourishing experience from assessment to homework and everything in between. I can’t say enough wonderful things about finding this level of competence and care.

BettyLou of Rise and Reframe has literally changed my life. I’m a disabled vet who has dealt with horrible, debilitating pain for the better part of my adult life, and found myself rushing to medication and losing out on so much because of it. I came to BettyLou because I had had enough and wanted to take charge of my life in a healthier, more sustainable way. Within THREE months, I turned around YEARS of pain and found joy and peace with every aspect of my life. She equipped me with the tools I needed to strengthen my body (reframe my movement) so that I could quite literally rise to the person I was capable of becoming. I no longer have back pain, hip pain, knee pain, MIGRAINES anymore!! Now I actually work out regularly and accomplish things I’ve never been able to in my life, all while full of energy and full of positivity. Betty Lou exudes extreme professionalism and was able to magically take me from excruciating pain to a very low level of tolerable pain after two weeks of new therapy and exercises which is nothing short of a miracle!
